- Apartment / Suite Details: Sub-address information such as apartment numbers, suite numbers, plot numbers, or specific landmarks that you enter manually to clarify your location.

We use the information we collect for the following operational purposes:
- To process and compile your grocery orders.
- To facilitate fast, precise deliveries by sharing the pin location, address, and apartment details with our delivery riders.
- To contact you regarding your order status, delivery coordination, or account updates.
- To manage and support your user profile.

Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Riders/Drivers: Only the delivery address, phone number, name, precise coordinates, and apartment details are shared with assigned riders solely for delivery execution.
- Service Providers: We store your data securely in Google Firebase / Firestore services to run the app backend.

Your profile data, coordinates, and order history are securely stored using Firebase's cloud infrastructure, featuring robust access controls and encryption in transit and at rest.
5. Your Rights & Data Deletion
We respect your ownership of your personal data. You have the right to edit your personal details, email, contact number, and delivery coordinates at any time directly in the application's profile setup screen.
If you wish to delete your account and remove all your data permanently from our database, you can do so in the application or by submitting a request through our online deletion form.
